Need your help - Am seeing things and don't know what they are.

Please, I need your help.

I have started to see things in my field of vision
which irritate me and agitate me and I cannot figure
out what they are.

We all have seen those lil squigly lines that move
when our eye balls move but this is totally different.
It is very hard to explain as I have never encountered
anything like this and I hate to bother your Christmas
proceedings with my troubles but I need help figuring
this out.

Have you ever watched a movie and the opening credits
come up in small letters? It's very similar to that.
These things I am seeing are like a layered effect
laid over top of the actual reality I am seeing.

These things are never completely in focus and they move
gradually and they flash almost like a message. It
constantly changes shapes and has varying structures
and lines in it almost like some ancient written language.

I can distinguish some triangles, some pyramids, some
vertical lines which rotate clockwise and some images
I can't describe without drawing them. They move to make
other images and sometimes they are all in a straight line
and then they all turn to make an oval and half circle
and an L shaped line of text and images.These texts flash
in a sequence like a vibration and seem to flash about
3-4 times a second.

It started this morning and has lasted for about
30 mins thus far so I posted it here.

It's not just one eye, I see it in both eyes and even
when my eyes are shut or one is open and another shut.
It is driving me batty.

Am I receiving messages or is it a medical condition
that I am not aware of? Or is it part of that Mayan
thing?

Is this happening to anybody else?

I need feedback please and if anybody has
any questions I will answer them as time permits.
I have to go to families house for lunch so I have
a few mins and I should be back later.
