The rulers of the madness don't want that because there's defect inherent. THEY want to mix that out to improve the stock. You know what happens when you breed recessive traits? The species becomes extinct. That's why there are not that many Aryans; they can't survive as an independant group. For those who existed in the past, they died out for a reason. Not because they mixed (they were known for not mixing), but because of their genetics.
