I also had cancer 10 years ago. I believe my consumption of this poison contributed to it.

Read every label. If you have to eat fast food ask for the nutrition info before you order. They have t give it to you.

Eat at local small business restaurants. Learn how to can and make your own pickles, sauces, salsas, jellies etc. It's fun and satisfying. Make your own dressings. My favorite is plain old olive oil and sea salt. And have a bottle of apple cider vinegar with the mother around at all times. A teaspoon or two in some unfiltered apple juice will take away a severe upset stomach from consuming the poisons in minutes.
