Of course! That would be the logical thing to do instead of cutting the overpaid managers, right?

Essentially they are saying:

FUCK YOU PEOPLE! WE DON'T GET PAID, WE TURN THE DOGS LOOSE ON YOU.

What good public servants they are. I say this... Let them go. We will deal with them as we will deal with you!
