What is making the OP so happy is letting go of the mind. It lives in the past and future and not usually the present. It clings to ideas or shuns them. When you put yourself in a state of pure awareness, there is nothing lacking, there is nothing to cling to or push away. There is just being. And there is only bliss and fullness. Let go of the mind and be free. It is there for the taking. You always had the ability. You just forgot because you trusted the mind to lead you home. The mind will only lead you away from home. Home is in stillness. Home is in awareness without the mindplay. Let the mind do its thing, but don't believe in it. You you step away from the mind, you are free.

That is not true. It has nothing to do with evolution. Truth exists within everyone. Those who chose to cling to ideas will suffer because of them. There is no higher or lower. We are all equal. Some just chose to cling to ideas or run from them. Everyone has free will to suffer or be free. Neither cling to ideas or shun them and you will be free. The OP can fully see now. Wonderful thing, isn't it? And too simple that the mind cannot comprehend it. Yet, it exists. Freedom is what you are if you let go of the mind.

It is the perennial philosophy. A line of truth runs through most religions. And most religions use words to try and describe it. The only thing that can touch it is direct experience. Words will never convey. They can point to it though. Each has to discover it on their own. Meditation can lead one to it. As can reading non-dual texts.

Yes, there is an ultimate truth and it resides outside of the mind. Outside of ideas. You have to unlearn what you learned. You have to see through knowledge to find it. The mind has to consume itself before it can implode and the light will be known. For some it takes years of practice. For some it happens in an instant. One never knows when the ultimate truth will present itself. All else dissolves within it. It has nothing to do with learning as it lives outside of conceptual knowledge. Let go and know it. It is within you. It is within everyone.

Whose hiding? I feel much love and joy too. In fact more love and gratitude than anything else, but when terrible things happen and they do happen how can you not feel sad or fearful or angry? Bad stuff happens all the time to good people and if your not feeling those emotions too, well I feel sorry for you. It seems to me your in denial. You didn't feel sad or scared watching the Sandy Hook Shootings unfold? Or hearing about the firemen who were shot doing their job? Or watching the crisis in the ME where innocent people are being massacred? Where chemical weapons are being used. I can go on, but you get the picture. Just ignoring it doesn't make it go away. If you feel good all the time , good for you. I'll keep my emotions and let them help me decide how to live. I don't live in fear, life happens. It's what you do with it that matters. Volunteering, donating money and goods, helping people, raising my children to do the same. These things don't come from being in denial of what's happening in the world, they come from seeing who needs help and not only caring about myself.

ever since i dumped christianity the fear went away.

i connect to the spirit, don't eat animals and do my karmic duty by helping people to wake up.

i give when i can.

i teach people about crystals, stones, orgone and more.

i no longer hate anything or anyone.

everyday i learn something new that helps me stay strong in spirit.
