The Gipsies showed on TV how to use regular Bleach on a Q-tip and cfarefully rub the teeth . The resut is in SECONDS ! Rinse to protect gum .

I tried whitening strips once and they made my front teeth super sensitive for a couple of days. It hurt like hell just to breathe. I guess I wasn't the only one. My teeth and gums hurt like hell too. I also had a ton of small white dots on my lips it was disturbing. Never again. Can you imagine what it does to the insides? we are bound to swallow at least a little bit of it. I had a stomach ache and a head ache after using them and my lips gums and teeth were in agony.
