The Russian report (page 8 in case you skipped it) seems to confirm these words of mine. One thing is scientists don't seem to agree with themselves. Why the greenhouse FX is not uniform. We should expect all earth should be suffering from extreme heat but this is only in some areas. Brazil is melting at the very moment Russia is freezing with 53 C below zero.
