Will Lucifer be accepted into Heaven again?

THE WHOLE WORLDS POPULATIONS and the angelic host will THEN WITNESS "THE REASONS WHY" because millions living in such a "UTOPIA" will still "TURN AGAINST GOD'S RULE and side with "lucifer' in one last ditch battle to "overthrow god" from his kingdom, but they will loose!! THE REASONS Does the bible say before or after the 1000 years? Is it in the bible that God allows satan to be free to roam the earth after 1000 years and all his followers are left behind with him in this world to be taken into the fire of hell?
