not necessarily. it is a specified function of haarp and haarp array type systems that if they heat an area of the ionosphere they can manipulate the flow of the jet stream, it is big business.

Oh well, magnetic shift is a normal process of the Earths life. It is what it is and their isn't anything we can do about it, nor does it have any sort of massive effect on us. We'll live on and move through it like every other species has since creation.

Earth is fair :) she shifts the the magnetic poles and the jet streams, so that those who have been freezin for ages, get palm trees and beach weather, and those who have been spoiled with tropical delight, freeze :D I like that! I'm looking forward to being able to plant palm trees up my drive way - and digg a huge pool in the now frozen soil in the garden!

yeah well they're going to be reciprocated for every nuance of energy they've poured into such endeavors
