Um...isn't the right to bear arms an amendment? I seem to recall it being top of the list somewhere.
Man get real! That British fuck wants the 2nd amendment abolished! He wants to take our rights. Isn't the 2nd amendment as important as the first?

The issue is that Americans have a right to bear arms, but no one needs assault rifles - just something that makes them feel more secure in their ability to defend themselves and their property - IF need be . . . BUT Americans ALSO have a right to free speech, including the demand for stricter gun control. And NEITHER side has the right or reason to tell the other to get the hell out of America JUST BECAUSE they disagree! But that is EXACTLY what gun fanatics are doing. The problem is on one hand you say we have the right to keep and bear arms, but then want to limit it by saying "no assault rifles". If you can proceed on that basis, then we can proceed in limiting your free speech in whatever way we see fit.  OP is some posturing LGBT flamer! I've seen his type before. Thinks he's intellectually superior, but avoids the argument with rambling nonsense.
