If you really want to punish Piers Morgan

Don't bother trying to get him deported. Him, his network and the current serving administration are all in cahoots, nothing will come of it.

However if you want to see him gone, go after the advertisers on his show. Dont bother emailing either. Write them a letter, with a return address and state your displeasure with him, and how he insults people for voicing an opinion by calling them " unbelievable stupid". Let them know if they value your business, you will stop supporting them. Companies allegiance is to the dollar, thats it.

Also go after the "artists" that go on his show, who support him and legitimatize him by appearing. Do you think they would show up to an interview you were doing in your moms basement?

These artists and celebrities are always pitching something when they go on talk shows, like a new movie, book, album , etc.Again, write a letter directly to them or their representation, but especially duplicate it to their sponsoring company, eg 20th century fox, record label, etc.

For a foreigner to come on national tv, after being "invited" to work on such a high profile job, you think he would have the class to not talk down to people.
