For me, In North America, I guess Cape Breton, NS.
But I think some place in the UP might actually be further North.
Otherwise, Amsterdam or Berlin.

I was on a exposition to the north pole when one of the guides stood up and said go North young man. I was f@@ced after that

Thule, Greenland, compliments of the U.S. Navy ! Met Admiral Perry's guide to the North Pole, who were VERY excited that Lt. Sinclair's bagpipes proved the legend that the men who came there with them first, would return.

Of course FEW know that the Norse/Vikings were the first to play the pipes, even if only with one drone or two. Fond memories of 1946 !
