There's a Dutch proverb: Converts are more Roman than the Pope, i.e. many new converts tend to be rather eager to convince other people that their new idea is the correct one (it must be because they feel so strongly about it), and police the community for orthodoxy and proper behaviour (back in the day such thing was still acceptable).
They become fanatic proselytisers who even annoy the people of their own sect.
I'd make a horrible Christian, I'd be worst than DGN.

I'd rather just shill for rational thinking and having a skeptical attitude.
I'm honestly not that interested in what people believe, people should make up their own minds based on the facts.
But claims of facts should be sturdily supported by evidence and logical arguments, not "feelings", "somebody said so"-s or "Is so!"-s.
