Probably if I had more proof I would be a Christian, due to personal experiences I've had, although other religions interest me as well. I never go to church, but I've been seeking the truth my whole life. I know someone is out there. I just don't know who. Quoting: AtomIcarus Okay, onward. I was nearly asleep when an image of Jesus (and possibly his apostles) came into my mind. Then I woke up while the vision was still fresh. I wrote most of this down immediately upon wakening: What I saw seemed to be a still image, although I was literally standing there. (Or it could have been 3-D.) What I saw was duller than a photograph, but more realistic than a painting. The setting looked to be in the present. It was an image of a man. It was obvious to me he was Jesus, but there was what seemed like a ferocious lion peering out from inside him. This was my first impression. But not like a voracious, ravenous lion. More like a mighty, confident, majestic one. (I can't find the right words here.) In no way did he look physically like a lion. It could have been the way he composed himself, but when I saw him, a lion was the first thing that came to mind, and it was the most prominent detail in the vision. It was like looking at a lion without actually seeing one, if you can imagine that. (Probably not.) It's a little like trying to imagine a circle-square. There was an immense feeling that I hoped I wasn't on his bad side, or that he would turn against me. Just looking at him caused me great fear, though I felt drawn to him just the same. I was perhaps drawn by an internal confidence, or even a magnificence in him. And this was a strange thing to think, since it was just a still picture of a regular looking guy with a regular expression on his face. The lion. It's like if you were seeing a lion in real life sitting in front of you who didn't want to eat you, but you know it's a lion nonetheless. But even more fearful than that. Like you knew this man had the power to banish you to hell, but you were pretty sure he wouldn't. But could you trust your instinct? No, I found I couldn't. I'm trying to explain this the best I can what having a vision feels like, but I don't think this will truly convey what I saw to someone who didn't share the experience. Try as I might, I can't find the right words. So Jesus was sitting down and there were people sitting to the left and right of him. The image was kind of like 'The Last Supper' except everyone sat closer and more intimately together. Like they were posing for the picture. No smiles. They were all sitting in front of a window with light coming in, and perhaps they sat on a booth like you would find at any Denny's restaurant. I didn't notice what kind of clothing they wore. There was something ancient about them. There were maybe five or six people in all, including Jesus. Or at least I could only see that many because the shot was a close-up. Jesus sat in the middle. He looked younger than the Jesus depicted in Da Vinci's painting. Maybe mid-to-early twenties physically, although I sensed he was much, much older. Once again, I don't think that would make sense to most anyone. Feelings played an important role in understanding the image, and they weren't natural feelings. There was something synthetic about them. Jesus induced fear in me, although there was nothing particularly frightful about him or the image. The image didn't feel natural or dream-like either. It was as if someone were showing me a picture I could step into. Synthetic looking. This morning I looked through a lot of pictures of Jesus on the Internet and couldn't find any that were close to what he looked like in my vision. Unfortunately, after looking through all those Jesus pics, I can no longer remember what the Jesus of my vision looked like. wow, awesome. The Spirit of Truth is blessing you with revelation. John 4:24 just keep giving thanks. The Lord is coming back as the Lion of Judah and you were given a witness. this is the best Christmas gift of all. thank you praise God. God has blessed me with dreams and visions and it is really hard to put into words, isn't it? you described it well. now give thanks...God INHABITS the thanksgivings and praises of his people. here is my vision. [link to signsofthetimevision.wordpress.com] Yes, it is hard to put in words. It truly has to be experienced to be understood. I wonder what it means biblically that he will come back as a lion. Does it just mean he will be "the king of the jungle" so to speak? I will certainly look at your blog when I have more time. |

I was visited the same way last Christmas in the morning. I had a vision of the nice maned Lion, who I knew was Jesus. He was laying with the Lamb. He looked me in the eyes and I felt love coming from his eyes. :Jesusmanny: Nice! Thanks for sharing. I know I'm not alone. Just have to keep looking for the path. |

You saw the Lion of Judah. When Jesus comes back it will be as a mighty warrior whose sword is his Word. He wenwent out as the sacrificial Lamb, but he will return as the Lion of Judah. And the Lion will lie down with the Lamb

The person standing on the other side of me was apparently Jesus, except his face was covered in shadow. It was just that I instinctively knew it was Jesus. He rolled a map out in front of me and it looked almost identical to the US Naval map (supposedly) that's circulating the internet. Louisiana was almost completely gone, a little part of Texas, and parts of Mississippi. This was years before I even looked into or knew about the New Madrid and all that. I was blindsided. True story, BTW, no B.S. flag needed. Just wanted to share that. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 14298313 Canada 12/26/2012 04:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It was Jesus cause he is made up by priests to incite fear and thusly control over weak minded people who need an external saviour. If you knew anything about the Gnostics, they talk about the archons who are lead by Jehovah.. These are synthetic beings and they live off of fear. they have manipulated man over thousands of years and they concocted religion as a means of controlling humans.. They also feed off of worship and prayer.. All you religious types are praying and worshiping who you refer to as satan. Lucifer was the real jesus who was turned into the anti-christ because he was fiercely against religion, worship, and bankers or anything like governments that controlled people. You've all been lied to this whole time and worship the wrong being.. Its the biggest deception in modern history. You are taught to be weak and subservient sheep.. you are taught not to question authority.. and you all have fucked modern society right in the ass to put us right where we are today with all these holy wars and israel etc etc.. The synthetic feeling you felt was because they are synthetic beings who created and trapped us in a matrix.. And they trap you after death in a tunnel of light and send you to heaven where you spend some time then reincarnate.. or you goto hell.. They made and control both realms. The real jesus was someone who broke out of the prison and came back to warn people. To wake them up. You people are a sad sad bunch and the major problem in this place. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 554016 This is how you know the vision was not of God. The fear of God is the beginning of Wisdom. He has the power to destroy both body and soul in hell. Amen ~~ But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. I Corinthians 2:14 God doesn't choose favorites.. They choose HIM It is not the greatness of my faith that moves mountains but my faith in the greatness of God |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30870534 Ron Wyatt found the Ark of the covenant and the blood of Jesus was on the mercy seat! When Jesus' blood was put in a growth medium the cells divided. It was still alive! It was Very special blood that had the normal 23 chromosomes from the mother (Mary) but only one chromosome from the father (God)! Only the demonically controlled doubt Ron's findings. He proved 5 stories of the Bible scientifically and every atheist Israeli scientist who was involved in the testing of that blood now believes in God and Jesus Christ! If you are reading this post God wants you to go to heaven! Research All of Ron Wyatt's work before you doubt the Bible is real! Spread the word so We can save more souls for God! Praise God! [link to youtu.be] I read about that and watched a video. When he started crying while explaining Jesus to the Jewish scientists, it felt very authentic. I hope more comes out about this and that its not some kind of hoax. I don't know if I can take very many more hoaxes. |

I would ask the Lord to sear this personal revelation into your heart and mind lest you ever forget. I love the way you describe your interpretations of Him. Congratulations on your desire for Truth. It would seem He is letting you know "seek and you shall find". I will be praying that your hunger to examine what this experience means.. will lead you to the very Throne of God. He is the Magnificent Creator of all. There are infinite facets of Him to explore. Blessings to you P.S. "although I sensed he was much much older" He is the "ancient of days" The ancient of days. I will have to research that. Thanks for your appreciation and compliments on my description. I don't know if this will ever happen again. Maybe as someone said it was a Christmas present. But if I should have another one, I'll be back. |

He is "the lion of Judah." He will be revealed in all his glory. Other names of him "Lion of Judah" "Lamb of God" "The word of God" "the great I AM" "Prince of Peace" "Emanuel (God with us)" "The first and the last (Alpha and Omega)" "Everlasting Father" etc... :) I'm so happy! This was a blessing for us believers as well as future believers. Thank you! I pray you put your trust in Jesus as your savior. |
