Found a way to have more vivid (and sometimes crazy) dreams

cheese.


Best dreams cheeses-

Thew best: Unpasturised Swiss mountain cheeses ( good luck getting them in teh states though)

Blue cheese made with sheeps milk

Normal Blue cheeses.

Any cheese is better than no cheese but these are the best from my experience - particlarly the first two.




Other than that i have heard nicotine patches are good. Not tried myself, but had some crazy dreams when i first started on e-ciggarrettes.

Melatonin will make you remember your dreams.

lots of niacin

Valerin will do the same thing to me. Its supposed to be a sleep aid but i dream so much Im tired in the morning.

I munched on pepperoni and swiss cheese this evening and am off to bed soon.
I usually dream hardcore exciting/thrilling dreams
so it might be difficult for me to notice a difference.

One night of pepperoni and swiss cheese does not make a valid experiment,
but if anything I remembered LESS of my dreams from last night than usual.
