NBC's David Gregory violated D.C.'s gun banning laws during a recent taping of Meet the Press.
[link to www.breitbart.com]

In a discussion about gun control, host David Gregory brandished a 30-round magazine purportedly for an AR-15 or similar "assault rifle." The discussion took place on December 23, during the broadcast of NBC's Sunday morning political talk show.

Washington D.C.’s gun laws, however, state that even possessing such a device is a violation. Meet the Press is filmed at NBC's D.C. studios.

Awesome comments:

It doesn't matter. What is happening as we type is that the NBC lawyers are going over the tape with a fine tooth comb. They will find a way to have the magazine "disabled" in a way which cannot be seen on the tape. They will then claim it was disabled before Gregory showed it. DC police will buy the story, and that will be the end of it.

What should have happened on that show is Wayne should have pointed out that the school where the "little Gregorys" go (Sidwell friends) has ARMED security already, not including the Secret Service which is there for the Obama's kids.

Correct.

More great comments:

Looks like he was in "possession of" the magazine, but his kids go to school with Obama's (you know, the school with 11 armed guards) so nothing will happen.

Yes, WHERE did he get the magazine since the gun laws are obviously so successful at removing them from the streets?

All this lying Marxist Gregory will do is lie and say it wasn't real and the union law enforcement will be told by union pig leaders to look the other way.

He is paid every day by Marxists to lie.

Marxist dictator servants like Gregory have plenty of gunpower protecting their security. They just don't want the little people protected from his Marxist thug friends

Let's all continue to apply "political" pressure so that he's held strictly accountable to the law just like you or I would be. Call or e-mail the Chief's office:

Awesome!

But that's just local.

Gregory is a minion of the Kenyan Throne. Their larvae go to the same school for fuck's sake.

He's untouchable.

In 1989 President Bush appeared in an Oval Office speech about the Drug War. He held up a dime bag of cocaine, I guess, and said that it had been seized from someone trying to sell it in Lafayette Park across from the White House.

Should he have done that? Should the president, who is not above the law, be charged with possession of a Schedule I narcotic?
