The Abomination Of Desolation: strange findings
Are we in the season? Consider this:

The letters of the term "Abomination Of Desolation" can be used to form: "Obama, an infidel to Sion too."

The Bible states it as:
"the abomination that causes desolation"
These letters form: "I Obama so constitute heathen idol Satan."

or:
"the abomination that makes desolate"
This happens to form "Satan took held the antisemite Obama."

What are the chances of this happening?

I'm Agnostic, so I guess to Christians, my opinion doesn't mean much..

But the AC will supposedly be liked by everyone. Half the country hates him, and even more around the world because of the drones, and him being president of one of the most hated countries.

If the Bible is true, I doubt Obama is the AC, lol

I've pondered about the exact same thing. Yet I can't explain the significance of these findings.

What does that even mean??? You probably don't even know all the passages that relate to the antichrist to be able to make a knowledgeable statement - so why bother???

And why would the AC be liked by everyone if only half the country hates Obama and even more people do around the world? And you think drones are the only reason people hate him? And you think we are one of the most hated countries? Trying to pick apart your very poorly formed ideas is very hard.

If no God, everything is an accident right? No meaning, no purpose. Truth, lies and opinions don't exist, correct? Or more so, illusions?
1 Timothy 3:16 KJV
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Isaiah 9:6 KJV
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Mark 16:16 KJV
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Acts 2:38 KJV
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Romans 8:6-9 KJV
6) For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Matthew 15:8-9 KJV
8) This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
9) But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Acts 5:29 KJV
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Notice in Matthew 24 how it says to let the reader understand when it talks about this?
Why would Jesus stress that so much about the Abomination of Desolation? Perhaps because he clearly explains who it is if you read the Olivet Discourse in Luke? They are parallel passages, only Luke makes it plain: the Abomination of Desolation is an army surrounding Jerusalem. The Romans in 70AD beseiged the city. Jesus said it would happen in THAT generation and exactly 40 years TO THE DAY later it happened just like he said it would! Praise God for the precious Word of Truth! Google historicism for the correct interpretation of the end times.

Focussing in on his name, we also get something odd:

"Barack Hussein Obama" <=> "Maniac BHO breaks USA." (again, all letters used here)

I discovered some truly stunning facts on the Gematria side of this man as well, but I'll post that info in a seperate thread.

You are correct about the army surrounding Jerusalem. But, as another poster pointed out, it was the ACT of planting their standards (banners) in the sacred earth of Jerusalem which contained pagan symbols and then bowed down to them which was the abomination which led to desolation. As the other poster so correctly pointed out, the pagan symbol on the banner was IDENTICAL to the picture of the American Eagle, looking to the right and holding arrows in its talon. It is also the banner for Edom or modern-day Palestinians, and also for Rome. All three are modern-day representatives of Paganism--even in the Protestant world which is "clasping hands across the gulf in an unholy union and beginning to oppress the world like never before. The only difference between then and now is that "Israel" is now represented by "Spiritual Israel" as opposed to Physical Israel. Physical Israel is beginning to look much like those who are surrounding it (Islam). Of course, there are many dual prophecies and it is yet to be determined how they all play out. But, the admonition is still there for us to understand and DO: "when you see these things, stand in the HOLY PLACE. That Holy Place is situated in the Heavenly Sanctuary "not made by hands" where Jesus is officiating as our High Priest and Mediator between God and man. Soon He will change His garments and come as King. Once He leaves that Holy Place and returns, there will no longer be a Mediator for man, but will be coming as King and Judge.
The TRUTH is stranger than FICTION.
