in 08 I had been warning of financial doom. just before the market took it dive I was watching precursors in the overseas markets. I typed in some keywords and I found a thread here talking about the Nikkei. Serr!
while waiting for the markets to update I noticed there were other threads of interest and started clicking around.
I used to be addicted but now - when the weather is bad, the quakes look odd on the usgs, politicians start posturing or there is a national event I check in.
I never posted much cuz of the trolls - but its always a great read.
