BTW, you do not have to be an "old geezer" when you reach your 50s, 60s, even 70s or 80s. Most people have succumbed to premature aging. Now, there is absolute aging which is inevitable. However, I see so many people my own age (mid-50s) or even younger, who are fat, tired, and haggard. It is so unnecessary.
