I'm in Dayton right now. Heard the thunder a few times. Pretty cool.

The storm has the potential to unleash more than a half of a foot of snow from Indianapolis to near Lake Erie.

Totals will even top a foot across the interior Northeast.

Cities in line to receive at least or more than a foot of snow include Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, Burlington and Caribou.

The same can be said for the neighboring Canadian cities of Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City.

Christmas was great!!

Going nowhere today. Going to log out soon & just go crash next to the fireplace.

That sounds awesome. I want to go home and sled with the kids! We have about 3 or 4 inches on the ground now, supposed to keep falling at an inch or two per hour for the rest of the afternoon.

That would be pretty awesome. Keep an eye on the closings, though. Nutter hasn't announced it yet, but I see it being cancelled tonight.

It thundered during the blizzard last night here. I was really impressed. I have never heard that before either.

What's a "blizzard" I know not of what you speak...
