here is the definition of the word amendment just in case you do not understand the conversatin that is taking place in this thread thank u. [ link to m.dictionary.com] To be clear...Im not against the 2nd amendment. If you want a rilfle to hunt, fantastic. If you qualify for a handgun and pass a mental/background check...more power to ya. WHY do we need semi autos with 30 shot clips? WHY do we need gun shows selling illegally every day? WHY NOT purpose full background checks for owners and their families? unless we have another amendment, the second Amendment give right to bear arms. doesn't specify what kind of arms as far as I read. and that's the law what's your point
