That is why Obama wants all the green energy stuff and to build the infrastructure now so we won't have to worry about it later. Because of the republicans in congress, Obama may need a third term as president to make this happen for us.Here it starts. Lets give him a third term. Putin got one, now Obama needs one. Well, we might as well make him King or Dictator for life.(that's one up on Putin) As long as it takes Obama to get anything done it, will take him that long to accomplish this too. Then, look at all the money we can save by not having elections, that could fund our green energy stuff!
