That's what yoga master Tenzin Wangyal suggests. As for me, all I can do is resonate with this claim, cause it does ring true to me. I feel there is paradigms in the spirit realm that can entrap us, probably even some kind of enforcement to keep us from truly liberating our spirit. Look to the Gnostics texts such as the Nag Hammadi. Keep up the adventures and call for your spirit to show you the truth.
