Too bad they gave a description of the 'bag' that was tossed, you might be able to find a pic that matches it as either being a NATO device or Russian. Lots of headlines about mortars landing in a Turkish refugee camp until somebody leaked a pic of one that didn't go off and was a NATO round, given to the rebels by Turkey themselves.
