If it was a real tilt of the Earth or Moon then all observers would see it the same way at the same time. Yet in reality, some see it tilted to the right and setting, some see it upright, and some see it tilted to the left and rising all at the same time.

Of course it has been happening far longer than 2007. It happens all the time. Some people have just recently noticed and like to ignore the explanations that's all.

I've posted scientific data before and you predictably ignored it. Why should I waste my time on you again? You've proven only that you choose to ignore anything brought up against your preconceived beliefs. If not then you would answer why different people on different sides of the world see the tilt in different directions. If it were because of an anomalous Earth and/or Moon tilt then all observers would see the same tilt.

Of course you are LYING when you saying I didn't post any scientific data. A photo showing the Moon on its side in the 70's certainly qualifies. As does the book describing it from 1909.

If you even tried to understand field rotation you wouldn't make the elementary mistake you do here. The amount of observed tilt VARIES with latitude. It doesn't macigally go from tilted to straight upright immediately. The only place it would be viewed straight upright is at the North pole.
