Completely normal, for the reasons you are refusing to look at. Except for the part where he says "turns" when it gets south. He is confused on his directions- when it is directly south, it will look "normal" and be "vertical".

This should give DUCM900 a hint about how the whole thing works... but of course, it won't.

For those of you less knowledgeable about spaceflight history, that is a Saturn V, specifically Apollo 14's Saturn V, meaning the photo was taken in 1971 from the USA which the OP claims is impossible. Clearly the OP doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.
