You need clarity OP. The only thing that matters is you. I'm not suggesting this for you but when my mind used to wander away from my own interest and how best to serve them I would whip myself with and old extension chord. Great for refocusing my clarity and putting me back on track to addressing my needs and not falling for the societal conditioning that I needed someone or some thing that I didn't.
