"The Dark Knight Rises"
Given the tragedies connecting and surrounding this film from the opening night theatre shooting, the Sandy Hook reference on a map, perhaps everyones missing the larger picture.

Who has always been referred to as a Dark Knight?

And what would happen should this Dark Knight rise?

I'm a not biblical dude at all however, given the shit state of affairs worldwide, I could believe that the Devil incarnate has in fact, risen.

And no, its not Obama. He may be referred to the Anti Christ, but he aint the Devil. Perhaps doing the bidding of the Devil... but just something I'd see what the glp thougth of.

Now, who's picked up some sweet ass boxing day swag?

i agree with u, also notice the big baby that was represented in Olympics with all nurses and doctors around that anonymous big baby, now we have prince William wife pregnant and nurse who took care of her is dead and also its suspicious how her baby is making her very sick just like William got his mom sick whn she was pregnant with him, prince Diana said she was think of killing her self and got very depressed and sick at her pregnancy with William. i think prince's baby is the antichrist or the antichrist is livn among us some where, the rise of the antichrist.

"The Dark Knight" is actually a synonym for what is referred to in other mythology as "Beast", "Loki", "Prometheus, "Halios, "Apollyon" (Revelation 9:11), "Io", "(Planet) X", "Nibiru", "The Destroyer", "Horus" ... he never runs out of names.

"The Dark Knight" is a modern symbol and you have seen it before the "Batman Dark Knight" hype. You've seen it on Times Square for a long time: The company logo of "TDK".

He is the instrument to destroy the old Age (in this case ours) and make way to the installment of a new Age.

Is it Obama? I don't know. He may become it. He may not. But at least he gave us a hint at the last election:

How do you know?
What leads you to this conclusion? What sources do you have to demonstrate the phrase "Dark Knight" can be included among those names?

Links! Damn your eyes sir!

you are 'stupid' and 'dumb' (i am sorry my beloved brothers and sisters), but antichrist is already here and was here with us for thousands of years... you are being forced to chase a ghost which is always stepping on our shadows...
it is a matter of realization only.

If it is said: "Verily I say unto you, Kingdom of Heaven is within you". Where do you think is antichrist? Somewhere afar sitting and waiting?

ANCHORAGE, AK – Scientists say they have detected a slowing of our planet’s rotation, and predict the Earth will stop spinning altogether in as little as three years!

The slowdown will lead to steadily longer days and nights and could cause everything from disastrous floods and earthquakes to mass starvation.

Talia Al Ghul is a decades old character who has been in the comic books long before the movie was ever even conceived.

As well as being the daughter of Ras Al Ghul (not ghoul btw) she has a strange love/hate relationship with Batman and is the mother of his son Damian.

That's right, Talia is the mother of the Dark Knight's son... and his name is fucking DAMIAN!

Oh man I'm gonna shut up, I'm just making it worse. >.<

A different kind of hero, though.

He is dark, very complex, disturbed and very violent, even not allowing death and guns.

Batman is the most interesting hero in all history of comic books. His universe is very rich, his enemies are intelligent and all of them have a convincing history behind their caracters.

Actually fuck it, in for a penny as they say.

It gets better... the character of Damian was created by comic book writer Grant Morrison who is an occultist and practitioner of chaos magick.

See you guys should read more comics because there's a lot more stuff than that.

in the absolute end scene in The Dark Knight Rises, 'Robin'(Blake) finds the Bat Cave, walks through shallow water and steps on an automatic elevator platform.
Robin(whomeverthatmightbeITRL) is the Dark Knight who rises? (?!?)

If anybody remembers, Satan is more often referred to as the 'Morning Star', 'Angel of Light', 'Lucifer' in terms of light/darkness as an aspect of his deceit.

Darkness is more often used to depict ignorance and spiritual depravity.

Your view on the title is a bit off the mark, but it does raise some interesting questions and ideas.

It should be Selena Kyle in this movie plot line, despite Wayne sleeping with Tate (daughter of Ras), she dies near the end. Hence no evil love child Damian.

Then your concept of a 'hero' is skewed. Firefighters are heroes. Paramedics are heroes. People that get up everyday and work their asses off for their family are a type of hero.

Batman is a comic book character that is wealthy man using said wealth to create havoc and destruction. Heroes fix bikes, band aid knees. They cook dinner even though they've worked a 12 hour shift in the ICU.
