Actually he's right. I have first hand experiences of this. The Asians aren't used to foreigners period. A few of my White friends say that when they went to parts of Asia, a few people called them hairy or smelly. While my Blacks friends said they were told things like "I thought all Black people had big noses and big lips."

You seem to be stating your case based upon some kind of biased White American perspective. Asians for the most part are friendly to foreigners but they will stare, come up and touch your hair/rub your skin(especially black's skin and hair), and ask you questions. In my experience, they are more curious than hateful.
