its one or the other... nuclear or the environment.... can't have both

how is the environment ?
a: "fine"

how is nuclear?
a: "cold shut down and stable"

are the two related?
a: "nah, it is all atmospheric, you know, from rocks and the sun... we know... we have experts in radiation AND the environment... and we report truthfully".....
