THE MAJOR THROUGH STREETS WERE NOT TOUCHED BY PLOWS BEFORE RUSH HOUR....


AS IF THERE WAS A RUSH HOUR...

QUITE OBVIOUSLY THERE IS NOT A RUSH HOUR....


FOR TWENTY FIVE MILES GOING EAST FROM DOWNTOWN THERE WAS ZERO PLOWING AFTER 5 HOURS OF SNOWFALL AND 2 HOURS OF WHITE OUT CONDITIONS.


BY 5:30 it was pretty much impossible to drive.


How could a city full of people negotiate the streets after that much snow.


The simply could not.


And, they did not.


My son and daughter, not driving together reported the exact same thing.


The streets were virtually abandoned.


No crashing.
No cars.

No people.
