I thought that upon reviewing the link that it would be a satire blog however, that is not the case and numerous sites feature this subject using various statistics to bolster their case.

Often when British anti gun fanatics raise their heads, they smugly gloat that they have fewer gun crimes without looking at their overall crime statistics. More than once, I have teased them as to why they were online and asked was it not turn in your butter knife day in the United Kingdom.

The underlying factor without going into moral and spiritual issues is economic and everyone negates the fact that mass murders seek to commit suicide and want to take as many innocents out with them in the process.

The answer of course is more freedom and less taxation thus fostering innovation, which in turn will curtail the feeling of helplessness and the unhealthy dependence upon the government for their keep. This is a simple basic fact that socialists, progressives and communists fail to understand in their quest for power.
