I'll just stab someone with a pencil...or pen, a fork maybe, bludgeoned to death with cricket bat perhaps? Oh! I'll shove a toilet scrubber down someones mouth for a lacerating suffocation! With that...not even the bathrooms are violence free.

They've seen an opening now with this fireman story to get rid of guns.

You can see them trying different angles.

The researchers said there was no reason for long pointed knives to be publicly available at all.

They consulted 10 top chefs from around the UK, and found such knives have little practical value in the kitchen.

None of the chefs felt such knives were essential, since the point of a short blade was just as useful when a sharp end was needed.

Re: Doctors' Want Kitchen knives Ban in UK......
I think its clear that people no longer take responsibility for their actions, nor are they expected to. It's like when someone gets hammered at a bar and then drives home and kills somebody. The bar gets sued. When someone starts drinking to escape their problems and then becomes an alcoholic, they have a "disease." It's not their fault. They didn't do that, its their "disease." When someone is 50 pounds overweight, its not their fault. They have a slow metabolism, its genetic. When someone slips in a store and breaks their arm, its not their fault. The floor shouldn't have been wet, there should have been a sign, or roped off. And when someone walks into a primary school and murders 26 people, its not his fault. His mom should have locked away the guns. And Dicks shouldn't be selling AR15s. And there should have been a guard at the school. And Quentin Tarantino. And violent video games. And Marilyn Manson.

The one and only thing that should take attention and blame away from the person who committed the crime is anti depressants, because there's lots of evidence that they can cause people to do violent things by changing brain chemistry, and prescription drugs are the one thing that is not being blamed for mass murders.

They are trying any angle to cut down on guns.

Twitter is a good source of information.

Something came yesterday about a compulsory insurance for gun owners.

Unless you have a President who thinks the same as you he will always be looking for angles to get rid of them.

Whackattack. They will keep popping up.

My friend, the date of the article doesn't really matter. That this has even been seriously discussed recently is just astounding.

This should be a wake-up call for not only the UK, but for the entire world as a whole.

Nanny government is a bad idea.

Surely even the most hardcore pro-Socialist Brits can see through this bullshit, right?

Please God tell me you all aren't that stupid. Please.

It doesn't matter. Many of them have been working the anti-gun angle on GLP with a vengeance. Bragging about how great it is over there since their gun laws took effect, while totally ignoring the crime rates and the totalitarian state of their own government. The point is that people should pay attention and learn from their mistakes before we allow the same mistakes to be made here in the U.S.

Some people are convinced they are always right.

As 'someone' says .. there is a battle going on for your 'you know what'.

It ends with everybody being microchipped. Total control.

I thought you need a really long knife to cut a large watermelon nicely.

Perhaps there are no large watermelons in the UK?

sure there are!

This could be the snafu in their plan... watermelons.

They have a law in Mexico that you can carry a straight bladed machete with you in the passenger area of a vehicle, but it is illegal to carry a curved C-shaped machete in the passenger part of a vehicle.
