The dietary rules were not about meats, they were about people. Again, the lesser and greater fulfillment of prophecy.

I woke up out of the Christian deception 3 years ago and began keeping Shabbat, Torah, and Kosher. Yeshua and his disciples actually taught Torah and the Law of Moses. The law that was natural and was actually around long before Moses. If you would actually read your scriptures instead of just believing what the nice pastor tells you, you would know that. It's so easy to see when you're not operating under false pretenses about the scriptures. Of course, we have itching ears and will bend most often to the teachers that tell us what we want to hear. Things like, "Jesus nailed the law to the cross". Anyway, when I first was waking up and this scripture came along, it was a facepalm moment. It's so obvious what's happening here if you're not looking at it through the Satanic lenses. Notice Peter's reaction when Yahweh shows him the vision. What does he say? "No YHWH, for I have never eaten anything unclean!".......Ummmm......don't you think that if Peter was one of the apostles and walked with Yeshua, he would have got the memo that now people could eat pork? I mean, wouldn't he have known that? But here, years after the ascension and his answer is that he has never eaten anything unclean. DUHHHHH. I mean, YHWH had to show it to him 3 times and he still didn't quite get it. The Torah doesn't apply to just "Jews". It applies to all of creation. All mankind. Not just Jews.

How many tribes of Israel were at the base of the mountain when the law was given to Israel? I'll help you a little, there were Jews (1 tribe) and then a bunch of others. The question of adding to grace by including portions of the law such as circumcision is not a new question...but one that came up early on while the Apostle's were still on the scene.

The question is brought in Acts 15 to the Elders and the Apostle's. The response is found in the same chapter:

Acts 15:19-20
(19) Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:
(20) But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

This was to be taught NOT just by Paul, but ANYONE Teaching the Gentiles. They in turn brought the letters as confirmation to the WORDS they spoke by their mouths (v27) that said the same things.

Acts 15:22-29
(22) Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren:
(23) And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:
(24) Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

(26) Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

(29) That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

Taking a bunch of scriptures and lumping them together is just making a new religion. There is no righteousness to be obtained via works of the law (no matter the intent). Nor will those teaching contrary to the Apostle's be held blameless for their deceptions when they appear before the Lord.

The letters/epistles were written to born again believers....so if this is not you...the letters are not for you. Paul did not teach the law to the Gentiles, nor did any of the other Apostle's. To claim this is false.

You are correct. The unclean animals were to show that YHWH considers all mankind clean and suitable for harvest. As the OP stated, in the times the Epistles were written, Israelites were not allowed to associate with Gentiles because they were considered unclean. He was showing us that no man is to be considered unclean. As apparent by Peter's words when he entered Cornelius' home. This whole vision was to tell the newly forming church that the message needed to go to ALL of mankind.
