Anonymous Coward User ID: 29536914 Canada 12/27/2012 02:07 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | During the last year it seems my health has declined. I've worked harder this year than I have in a few years... Exercised a LOT. Quoting: Dr. Acula But I used to feel fucking awesome all the time... I'm 27 and up until this year I felt great... now every fucking thing in me hurts... and I'm not a pussy.. I cant take a lot of pain. But I feel like i've been beat with a train... not ran over by it... but beat up and down and left and right with a fucking train. So it can't be a age thing... did 10-15 years of aging sneak up and preemptively bite me on the ass? I feel so tired at times I can barely hold my head up... but yet I go... I force myself to go and do. and in the past 2 months I havent gotten very hungry, my appetite has been reduced... i feel jittery all the fucking time now. I dont do drugs, i smoke cigaretes... dont drink a whole lot... otherwise a decently healthy diet etc Anyone else feeling this bullshit? Your nutrition is lacking, you've got a deficiency most likely many. No, eating your greens will not give you everything you need. Our diet is totally devoid of nutrition. Big ones, Omega fats, Vit D (5-10k ui), vit C (2g+ a day). Also important to drink loooottss of water, at least half a gallon a day. Dehydration is literally the most chronic problem most people have, and it has tons of symptoms that people complain (and drug) every single day. Head aches, nausea, joint pain, stiffness, etc are all linked to dehydration. |

Just a small piece of advice : Get some blood tests done, just to be on the safe side ! It could all be just stress but with the blood tests you can rule out things like anemia, hepatitis or diabetes ! Can you better describe your symptoms ? Do you feel dizzy ? Do have a constant state of weakness in the body ? Increased heart rate ? Dry mouth ? |
Anonymous Coward 12/27/2012 02:10 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Maybe you have Lyme Disease? [link to www.mayoclinic.com] Most doctors are too shitty to even diagnose it properly. :( You should get tested specifically for it. |

Even the healthiest food is only a small release, so to speak. So... don´t know. I´m 29 by the way. Also heard friends telling me this. Sick very often. If you really, really wish to avoid doctors you could take some supplements that in a few months can cure your anemia ! You need to get your hemoglobin up so an Iron + Folic acid + Vitamin B complex should do the trick ! Also a high Vitamin C intake is vital in order for the Iron to properly absorb in your body ! A great thing to include in your diet would be beets, they increase oxygen uptake in the red blood-cells ! |

Anyone can get anemia, regardless of how much they eat and actually a very big percentage of the population does have some form of anemia ! Only when the red blood cell level gets too low, you really start to feel the symptoms ! Checking that out is a very good idea ! |

There is only so much abuse the human body can take and sooner or later it will give in and when it does, you're in for a big surprise ! Usually the first to go is the liver, because it suffers the most from the booze and the sleepless nights, second could be the immune system which make no mistake about it, has been working overtime to keep you healthy with your lifestyle... Don't make the mistake of thinking you're young and can take it cos in a few years you WILL regret it and also if you don't care about yourself, think about your loved ones cos when you're gonna get sick they will have to take care of you ! Think about what I've said...all this is coming from a 26 yo ! |
