Re: Do You Constantly Feel Like Shit?
...

It is said we only age because we think we are supposed to, all our atoms exchange with the environment every 72 weeks, I'm working on achieving heaven on earth, so you wouldn't age there, just check out whenever you're done. I've had a voice in my head saying reverse aging and self-healing for as long as I can remember. Thoughts precede matter. I also say 3X Happy am I, Healthy am I, Holy am I, whenever I think of it.

Getting set up, means clearing your field of fear, and by that I mean the thing most people are afraid of is feeling their feelings. We deny, project, medicate and repress them like there's no tomorrow. Mostly its the old repressed emotions from childhood that have to be coughed back up through the system. We are too afraid to do that. Nice course of good original pain type therapy work is good for this.

I personally (and I could be very wrong) don't think you can unload all the repressed emotions by meditating (sorry). I have a saying, you can't send abundance to a fear-based entity, it will result in calamity. A guy who won the lottery once said, winning the lottery was like pouring miracle grow on my character flaws. He was dead broke few years after winning millions. many more follow suit, its weird.

That is one of the best posts I have read here to be honest. You are a very intelligent person.

I agree!!!! You really got me thinking a lot with your post. I have always thought that in the back of my head that meditation alone is not enough to heal a person.
 Quoting: _Obsidian_

Maybe in parts of the world where it is heavily embedded in their culture (and genes) but we are so mentally oriented here in the west we need mental health. Kind of like yoga for the body, therapy for the mind/emotions, and meditation for the spirit, the ole trifecta.

I don't know if others are experiencing this but I have been experiencing many emotions that I had buried from my childhood and it has been a very difficult journey for sometime now.
 Quoting: duncog2012

Its natural for the body to reject, push out that which is not in accord with it...like a sliver will work its way up out the skin a lot of the time. It will help to think of the repressed feelings as coming up out of your inner child, picture holding/comforting the child part of you as the child releases the old crap. Try not to assign it to the here and now or you will recycle the same energy over and over.

Attaching it to the source trauma/drama of childhood will transmute it into love for yourself. It will be the first time someone sat with 'Little' and allowed him/her to FULLY and SAFELY process and release those energies. We are generally encouraged (often forbidden) from feeling these emotions in childhood as they make caretakers uncomfortable.

Re: Do You Constantly Feel Like Shit?
Victims of trauma have pain all the time. The body stores the memories because holding them in the mind is too emotionally painful. Then the person can get all tensed up and never relax until you have pain all the time. Many people have been covertly traumatized as part of a "Program" that has been being done to millions of people now. They start on people when they are very young, with covert beatings, abuse and rape facilitated by drugs. Parents give their kids to these programs because they are being lied to about what the programs really are. Think about what just happened with the Boy Scouts. The long term abuse that was just discovered. Parents trusted this organization. But the kids that went in there got really messed up. It's happening with a lot of organizations. Churches, particularly. Vacation bible school is nothing more than a harsh mind control prison. MANY people have been and are being TRAUMATIZED and this is intentional. It is purposeful. It is covert warfare of a kind, being waged against us from the inside. It is a soft form of domestic terrorism and it must be uncovered, seen for what it is and stopped.

Read about the doctrine of "psychopolitics". Then you will understand. We are all under attack.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 4175529

We cannot heal the corruption in the world until we acknowledge the corruption in the family. You don't have to go to an organization to be mind controlled, it can and OFTEN happens right in the bosom of the family. Often, the emergence of the simple will of the child is perceived as a deliberate act of insubordination by a parent with typical culturally indoctrinated beliefs.

Its expected of parents to raise, compliant, obedient, productive members of society. They used to hand pamphlets out in Western Europe just a few generations back that read like terrorist torture manuals. Parents were told to implement the "recommendations" by the time the child was age 5, as they would then have no memory of it. Psychiatrist Alice Miller does some great work in this area.

I know what you mean. You're about the same age things went down the pooper with me and I'm 54. Wake up feeling like I'm climbing out of a train wreck every morning. Feel like I've got led in my veins. I've had my blood worked so many times and they say everything's fine. The only thing I can figure is maybe adrenal fatigue. I should probably go to an endocrinologist some day or maybe a real good natural medicine person. We're definitely in our own league. Most people have no idea...

I'm in my 50s and have been feeling terrible lately too.

I have no energy, I'm muddle-headed and get headaches and am almost always nauseated.

My bloodwork didn't show anything too out of the ordinary, I wonder sometimes if it's radiation because it sure feels like it.

Also I was close to Fukushima when that happened.

I am 27 and I still party hardcore on the weekends, drinking and dancing until the sun comes up. I feel great every day, well, besides Sunday =p

I don't exercise, I eat unhealthy, smoke on the weekends, and I hardly sleep.

I feel great, and foresee at least 5-10 more years of good times before life turns into snore mode.

You just wait until you get over 30 and everything starts to fail on you !

There is only so much abuse the human body can take and sooner or later it will give in and when it does, you're in for a big surprise !

Usually the first to go is the liver, because it suffers the most from the booze and the sleepless nights, second could be the immune system which make no mistake about it, has been working overtime to keep you healthy with your lifestyle...

Don't make the mistake of thinking you're young and can take it cos in a few years you WILL regret it and also if you don't care about yourself, think about your loved ones cos when you're gonna get sick they will have to take care of you !

Think about what I've said...all this is coming from a 26 yo !

So many people feel and look like shit. I walk about the place and see pale pasty looking faces everywhere, its bad diet & poor exercise. The solutions are there and when you change your lifestyle, you will feel and look so much better for it.
We are nearing the time when people everywhere will make empty promises to themselves to become more healthy, sadly for most they just slip back into the cycle of munching on processed foods and parking their fat asses in from the of the square box.

I agree that it makes sense to get some blood work done to rule out a traditional medical problem. You might also want to look into ascension symptoms as one comment suggested, the changing vibrational frequencies have a whole plethora of symptoms associated with them. The more you get into the research, the more you release just how vast these changes are. Pretty fascinating. I had a link but it got lost when computer crashed. It was from Ram Dos, I'll see if I can find it.

Just about everyone I know feels like crap most of the time. Its because of the junk they spray in the air, put in the water, on the food and all the EMF's we are bombarded with.

>>Can electromagnetic fields (EMF) from power lines, home wiring, airport and military radar, substations, transformers, computers and appliances cause brain tumors, leukemia, birth defects, miscarriages, chronic fatigue, headaches, cataracts, heart problems, stress. nausea, chest pain, forgetfulness, cancer and other health problems?

Numerous studies have produced contradictory results, yet some experts are convinced that the threat is real. <<

Technology has advanced faster than evolution of the human species. In other words, our bodies are having a difficult time coping with all the junk our modern world throws at us.

I don't know how we can escape all the crap other than to move to Borneo and live with an Indigenous jungle tribe. If I could find a tribe that would take me...I probably would go. LOL!!!!

At 27 you shouldn't feel so bad. Your body may be messed up and hurting, but you should feel alright otherwise. Get checked out. Vitamins, nutrition...something isn't right. Even smoking 2-3 packs a day for over 10 years wouldn't do that too you unless you have cancer, or something like that going on. I only read the 1st and last page, so excuse me if I missed something.

How you going to feel in 20 more years? Oh, my body hurts like hell...

I can relate to your posts 100% I was just thinking A LOT about my childhood and getting all worked up over it yesterday out of nowhere! I have also been feeling blank the last 4 months. I used to be very active but now I have to struggle with simple tasks its gotten ridiculous.
 Quoting: _Obsidian_

Yeah, several months ago I was reading about forgiving others for hurting you, and forgiving yourself for your own responses/reactions. Shortly after, out of nowhere, I remembered an incident that happened to me at age 8, and re-experienced all the same emotions---hurt, betrayal, anger, resentment, like it happened yesterday! So I used the forgiveness exercise I had read about, and it worked.

I think we are being given these opportunities to work through our emotions.

Other things we can do for ourselves:

Detox from heavy metals and parasites. These can really make you feel bad, and doctors don't have tests for all of them. Choose the mothod that's easiest for you. Examples: Bentonite clay, diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal - mixed in water or however, really help.

Start making herbal teas that include oxyogenators like red clover, and liver or blood purifiers like alfalfa (alos a great mineral source), burdock root, milk thistle, dandelion root. I switched to herbal tea from soda pop, and my night time anxiety attacks stopped. Go figure.

Flouride: I use the borax method, and a Berkey water filter. Search earthclinic.com for borax. Still can't think of the "right word" sometimes, but brain fog is better. I even add borax, epsom salt, and baking soda to bath water, and have added borax to my shampoo.

If our colon and other purifying organs are not working right, even if we take supplements, our body can't use them. With the foods, water, medicines, and environment, we are absolutely polluted. So it's no wonder so many feel sick. Just wheat alone has proven to be toxic to many. Bromine in the bread, additives to packaged foods. Whenever possible, cook everything from scratch so you know what each ingredient is. Or juice. With juicing, your body gets all the enzymes and nutrients, and doesn't have to work to process them; that's why it's so effective.

Learn about alkalying yourself, and using oxygen.

It's a real battle, and requires research and some dedication. Our allopathic doctors will not recognize this and most cannot really help in this area, so research is your best friend. And it doesn't have to be expensive to start detoxifying and de-parasiting yourself (are those words? heehee)

Hey man !

Just a small piece of advice : Get some blood tests done, just to be on the safe side !

It could all be just stress but with the blood tests you can rule out things like anemia, hepatitis or diabetes !

Can you better describe your symptoms ? Do you feel dizzy ? Do have a constant state of weakness in the body ?

Increased heart rate ? Dry mouth ?

My mind feels good. I truly do think I ascended..

My body, not good.
Between pain in my knees, sciatica, pain in feet, heartburn, I feel like I'm 100 yrs old.

But my mental attitude is wonderful.

I had a great non-pain day yesterday and I really took notice.
Hmmmmm.....
Pain is my best friend it seems. Always with me, and I have no insurance and don't know what the heck I have.
 Quoting: natasha77

wondering what "ascension" means to you...?

is that some goal or some achievement that you have been looking forward to, and if so why please? what is it supposed to glean you is what I'm asking I guess, that's as good a place as any to start.

whenever I hear much about ascension I always flash on the galactic federation of channeled liars and demons who have been using that mediumship to feel out the citizens of the earth for many years prior to the onset of tribulation.

whether or not satan will dismiss that endeavor when he's finally booted from heaven and back down onto the earth, and come in with a whole new scenario in place is anybodys guess. he could well come in with his galactic federation contact base up and running, which I always assumed he would since he's stuck with it so long to date. he's been planting those "new age" seeds of deception for nigh on 20 years now hasn't he? I haven't followed much of same as it's a source of irritation to know who and what these channeled entities are and bear with the masses who've succumbed fully to the farse at the cost of their immortality, sadly. one cannot tell another what to do, even if it will save them untold grief. it simply doesn't work that way, hence the culpability of each soul rests entirely upon that souls determinations in the treacherous times that lie ahead.

do you imagine it has anything whatsoever to do with overcoming and putting on immortality at the end of this Age?

if nothing else when all the rudiments and elements are melted with fervent heat at the 7th Trumpet, and our bodies are melted away leaving us standing in our original angelic spiritual bodily forms is as close to having "ascended" as we will come in truth.

we aren't going anywhere, heaven is coming here.

it just can't dwell amongst those who haven't "overcome" hence the gulf which separates those who have from they who haven't as yet done so, with good reason and purpose thereto.

it's too painful to be amidst the "spiritually dead" once one has "overcome" themselves. hence they shan't be allowed to traverse the gulf freely, if at all.

go to a rheumatologist. they can check for anemia, lyme, rhuemy athritis, MS, and fibromyalgia.

I thought fibro was a fake disease until 2009 when I got the h1n1 and never fully recovered. Many tests and a year later i find out I have it. I am sure it is some imbalance but the pain is no joke. the fatigue sucks butt too but it not quite as bad. I feel like i have been beat about the body on a daily basis.

anyways, try to get the blood tests first.

During the last year it seems my health has declined. I've worked harder this year than I have in a few years... Exercised a LOT.

But I used to feel fucking awesome all the time...

I'm 27 and up until this year I felt great... now every fucking thing in me hurts... and I'm not a pussy.. I cant take a lot of pain. But I feel like i've been beat with a train... not ran over by it... but beat up and down and left and right with a fucking train. It fucking hurts to stand up, sit down, flip off assholes when I drive...

Im under 30... almost 28... so it can't be a age thing?... or did 10-15 years of aging sneak up and preemptively beat me with a train?

I feel so tired at times I can barely hold my head up... but yet I go... I force myself to go and do.

and in the past 2 months I havent gotten very hungry, my appetite has been reduced... i feel jittery all the fucking time now.

I dont do drugs, i smoke cigaretes... dont drink a whole lot... otherwise a decently healthy diet etc

Anyone else feeling this bullshit?

Re: Do You Constantly Feel Like Shit?
its makes you wonder, are we in a microwave? most nutrients are destroyed while heating in a microwave, even the healthiest vegitable will be next to worthless under it. dispite being a "healthy vegitable" you feel the opposite.
with the glatic wave/alignment talk, its food for thought

Re: Do You Constantly Feel Like Shit?
Extremely helpful!!!!

"Start making herbal teas that include oxyogenators like red clover, and liver or blood purifiers like alfalfa (alos a great mineral source), burdock root, milk thistle, dandelion root."

Whats your opinion on Traditional Medicinal teas? I have a lot of them here.

"I even add borax, epsom salt, and baking soda to bath water"

All 3 at once or one at a time on different occasions?

Thanks, Obsidian. I add all 3 at once, but that may be overkill :) I just like the effect. When taken internally in minute amounts, Borax is supposed to combine with the flouride so that it is excreted in the urine. Flouride is one of three chemicals that has a similar molecular weight to iodine, so it competes for the iodine receptors in the thyroid. If you don't have enough iodine, flouride will fill it up. So I take iodine, too. Flouride has been linked to thyroid disease, chronic fatigue, fiber myalgia, osteoarthritis, skeletal flourosis, and other chronic illnesses. Again, doctors do not have tests to see if this is your problem

I like traditional medicine teas, I think they are truly organic and well-thought out in their combinations, like the one for sore throats.

I grow the alfalfa, dandelion, chamomile, mint, and red clover in my back yard. When possible, I hunt for the others in farm type areas. But vitacost.com has starwest botanical one pound packages of all of these at the lowest prices I've seen. Starwest is a good organic brand.

Re: Do You Constantly Feel Like Shit?
I might add, everyone will probably regain all their youthfulness, as we are basically reverse aging and self-healing.....its right around the corner, but you need to get 'set up' to handle this kind of abundance or it will kind of be wasted or go haywire.

When and how is this going to happen?
And how do you set yourself up for this?
 Quoting: Nika

 Quoting: Isis One

What you say is so true. And thoughts do precede matter. I tell myself everyday that "I am better and better everyday in every way". Then things come to me to help make that true. You just have to keep your eyes open and be willing to change and get better. The wanting and willingness is what holds most people back from getting better. They are stuck and like being stuck for whatever reason.
