Does the Bible say a marriage is between one man and one woman?
2 Chronicles 11:21
"Rehoboam loved Maacah daughter of Absalom more than any of his other wives and concubines. In all, he had eighteen wives and sixty concubines, twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters."

Surely a traditional Biblical marriage would involve many wives and concubines.

The Bible also commands that if you work on the Sabbath day, you shall be put to death. Exodus 31:15

I go by the New Testament which done away with those laws.
It didn't do away with the man should not be with a man instead of a woman or a woman should not be with woman instead of a man.

Thats crap and you know it. Large parts of Christianity is based off the OT. Christians quote the OT all the time. Just a few examples are the creation story in Genesis and the 10 commandments. To say the OT is "done" because it says something you don't like is a joke.

Face it, Christians, along with all other religious groups, pick and choose certain passages when it helps them and convientiently forget or ignore certain passages when it doesnt help them.
Ayatollah Khomeini:
“Islam makes it incumbent on all adult males, provided they are not disabled and incapacitated, to prepare themselves for the conquest of [other] countries so that the writ of Islam is obeyed in every country in the world. But those who study Islamic Holy War will understand why Islam wants to conquer the whole world…. Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says: Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers]? Islam says: Kill them [the non-Muslims], put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]. Does this mean sitting back until [non-Muslims] overcome us? Islam says: Kill in the service of Allah those who may want to kill you! Does this mean that we should surrender to the enemy? Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Koranic] verses and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all that mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war? I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.”

Exalted is He from what they utter. Exalted is He from what they imagine. Exalted is He that exists without a place. Exalted is He that was there forever without a time or a beginning. Exalted is He that will be there forever without a time or an end. Exalted is He that will forever be praised. That is your God.

That allowed them to recover theitr numbers faster as in when the did bring back captives that were then married into the 12 Tribes.

Ge:2:22:
And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man,
made he a woman,
and brought her unto the man.
Ge:2:23:
And Adam said,
This is now bone of my bones,
and flesh of my flesh:
she shall be called Woman,
because she was taken out of Man.
Ge:2:24:
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother,
and shall cleave unto his wife:
and they shall be one flesh.
Ge:2:25:
And they were both naked,
the man and his wife,
and were not ashamed.

so you are saying that all god supposedly said in the old testament was wrong and that new set of rules comes with the christ?

this underline how all the bible is a cesspool of idiocy

the bible lists as normal in the old and new testament things that will send you straight away in jail now days...and the reason why those things are now a crime is not thanks the uncivilty promoted in the bible and other religious books
