Colonel-General Oleg Ostapenko, the deputy of Russian defense minister, said today, that the Russian Defense Ministry in 2013 will continue the development of early warning radar by building a new missile warning around the perimeter of Russia and, in particular, in Yeniseisk (Krasnoyarsk, Russia) and in Barnaul (Altai, Russia)...

Good.. Let Russia do what Russia wants. That's the problem these days. This country tries to decide what defensive and offensive weapons other.nations should be allowed to have. Good job Russia much respect
