America has never lived up to the Documents of our founding. The deeds of the people in many cases, have not live up to the words. That is why we have consider it a victory when amendments or legislation passes that codify a commitment to the Constitution.

The 2nd Amendment is explicit in the Constitution and it was not written to address hunter's rights. At the time of the founding, hunting and farming were a necessity of life. Guns were needed and guaranteed because the citizenry is the government and it falls on them to defend liberty and the Republic.

Anyway, OP, Lockerbie's a nice place. Don't know what you've got against it, apart from the cold and rain. I used to drive past it a lot, so one day I decided to pull off the motorway and have a look around and get something to eat and see the monument. Quaint little place. Mind you, it was summer then. My work used to take me to Scotland a lot. Not any more though. But Lockerbie is still one of the places I would like to go back to see again one day.

yeah its a nice place moved up here from Manchester about 10 years ago done the wee cottage and the log fires now want the sun :)

Pick your area well, some states only have two seasons, generally stinking hot switching to freezing cold. Then there are states that have one season... stinking hot all the time!

Then you have states that have even more rain than the UK, and some states that only get two months of mild weather followed by 10 months of bitter bitter cold.

Then you have to decide whether to live in (potential riot) city, where there are minimum wage jobs flipping burgers, or live in the boon-docks in a trailer park / cabin / SUV, surrounded by gun toting hill-billy's.
