Yes, but that book says anything (including healing miracles) that one prays for earnestly in Jesus' name shall be healed. Yet one example of contradictions in that blood-soaked book.
Quoting: lasereyes Like I said, not up to your specs.
Now give me the verse that says that comes from reading a book rather than when the book says formerly dead people will be walking around.
Re:20:4:
And I saw thrones,
and they sat upon them,
and judgment was given unto them:
and I saw the souls of them that were
beheaded for the witness of Jesus,
and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast,
neither his image,
neither had received his mark upon their foreheads,
or in their hands;
and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Nor can you show me just what 'afflictions He had', no artist ever follows this verse do they?
Isa:53:2:
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant,
and as a root out of a dry ground:
he hath no form nor comeliness;
and when we shall see him,
there is no beauty that we should desire him.
Isa:53:3:
He is despised and rejected of men;
a man of sorrows,
and acquainted with grief:
and we hid as it were our faces from him;
he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Jer:31:8:
Behold,
I will bring them from the north country,
and gather them from the coasts of the earth,
and with them the blind and the lame,
the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together:
a great company shall return thither.
