WTF is wrong with you people? Quoting: Second Best Well I eat their bodies, why not drink their milk? Unless you lack the enzymes to digest milk...if that's the case you should stay away from it, just like peanuts... This^ My mom drinks milk and is a very healthy 85 year old. Milk hasn't damaged her. She has tons of energy and looks at least 15 years younger than she is. |

I'd rather pay 8 bucks for a gallon of milk, than have my taxes increased a fuck ton, to pay for a bunch of 3 dollar milk for lazy freeloaders. And this thread just proves how it will work. Again. Dance puppets, dance, to the stings the media pulls. |

A Holstein (Gateway box) cow can produce 80 pounds of milk a day for about 5 months. That is close to 10 gallons a day. So if you had 4 cows you could make roughly $160 a day for 10 months out of the year on the black market if the farm bill expires.-$48,000.00 TAX FREE. |

Unless Congress passes legislation renewing federal support for agriculture programs, milk prices could spike to between $6 and $8 per gallon, according to some estimates. Quoting: KoFFee_ So what? Why should government take my $10, give $2 subsidy to the farmer for a gallon, the $8 to themselves and their friends... so I could "save" the $2 for that gallon. Government getting in the middle of a market means you're paying on average lot more than you would have. |

It's all advertising hype by the dairy board to get people to consume an unhealthy product. Quoting: av 30951384 I agree. I don't drink much cow's milk anymore, I prefer almond milk. In fact, many people are switching from cow's milk to a milk alternative, like almond milk, because of the health benefits. We have never tried almond milk...is the taste comparable to "regular" milk? Tomato-tard |

We have never tried almond milk...is the taste comparable to "regular" milk? I wouldn't say it's comparable to milk, but it can have a good flavor, depending on the brand. I prefer unsweetened, vanilla almond milk by Trader Joe's. Plus, the unsweetened, vanilla almond milk by Whole Foods or Almond Breeze is good, too. I don't like the Silk brand, it is too thick.
