The Korean government is very predictable and they know our first response to this "threat of aggression" is to bribe them with tons and tons of supplies and FOOD stuffs.

We stupidly fall for the ploy and start sending them free food and supplies for the army. It works every time. Our modern America would rather appease than bomb. Mostly it is done quietly so the hungry in this country will not know we are sending our food to "the likes" of No. Korea.

That's funny, cause the entire Northeast US was taken out by an EMP 'effect' about 20 years ago...sun activity, but same principle...and yes, there are bombs large enough to do this, although a bomb will not be the US delivery method. Directed energy weapons (like haarp and the X47 space turd) are able to cause directed EMPs
