by deploy you mean 900 missiles are in bound from korea... Or you mean that they have placed 900 missiles in formation on standby...?

SAM sights are for defense... These missile sights are offensive... Instead of nuke's maybe a microwave missile used for EMP could take out the controllers and render the sights useless. Then they could be bombed conventionally using cruise missiles...
