I hit 40 and added 25 extra as well. It sucks. I go to the gym 5 days a week just to maintain and not letting hit go too far... But I don't seem to loose any weight.
On the other hand, the wife quit gluton and lost 18 pounds in 2 months.
Not easy tho. Bread, beer = YUM.
