Anonymous Coward User ID: 30925019 United States 12/27/2012 10:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | When I was in Highschool I was able to jog 7 miles a day and even in College I was pretty active doing 4-5 miles every other day. Now that I just turned 29 Ive been sick with myself and the way I looked so I said it doesnt have to be this way. I went back to my old ways, Im jogging 5 miles a day and eating clean now. Its much harder to lose the weight now that Im older but I know its still possible, I just have to do that much more. It all depends on how bad you want it when it comes to weight loss. |

I have even tried to justify it by saying I'm middle aged. It's normal. Well, it has become a cold harsh reality that I am way over my ideal weight. I wrestled in high school. Was able to run 10 miles at the drop of a hat, but not now. A mile would be a bitch. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24090746 Well, no more. I am going to lose the gut and hopefully get back to feeling better. Man, this is going to be tough. 50 pounds to lose... Put the cookies down and read this! LOL Ok what’s your numbers? Weight? Height? The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help. |

I go to the gym 5 days a week just to maintain and not letting hit go too far... But I don't seem to loose any weight. On the other hand, the wife quit gluton and lost 18 pounds in 2 months. Not easy tho. Bread, beer = YUM. |

I only eat one meal a day on average. I am of the philosophy: "Eat healthy, and you'll only eat when you're truly hungry." Surround yourself with addictive chemical-laced foods and you'll consume like a crack addict in Portugal. |
