Senate to vote on HANDGUN BAN!!!!

FBI stats and just about every other legitimate organization that compiles crime statistics verifies that Violent Crime in the US has declined massively. This is a fact. There is no justification for this legislation based on the facts. So what is the motive.

I am convinced this will pass and law-abiding gun owners will file in and register their weapons like the good little citizens they are and pay their money. Or, they will turn in their weapons becasue the can't afford the cost. They will apply a time-frame, maybe 30-60 days for this to be completed.

After that, shortly after the lists have been fully compiled, there will be an event, perhaps as described in the DHS Insider report on Canada Free Press, or some other significant event, like an assassination of some high profile political leader, or a mass shooting at a major venue. The President will declare a state of emergency and all firearms will be required to be turned in to the closest law enforcement location within 24-48 hours. This will be a matter of National Security. They will check off those weapons turned in and then the DHS and TSA and whatever other organizations will pick up their weapons and their newly purchased billion and a half rounds of ammo and come for the rest. They will be prepared now, because registration has told them exactly what weapons you have and where you are. They will tailor their operations to fit the established threat.

The American People must not allow this to happen.

By the way, the fact that you ever owned firearms makes you a potential threat. It will not matter that you followed the law.

Please start this ban already, we just need a reason, when you come to take our guns, we will be there to take back our country.

The conflict that is going to arise because of this gun ban, is for the best. Every generation needs a revolution, and this is ours, its finally that time to fight back and get back every freedom you have lost since 1776. Americans will be free from foreign involvement/investment in American affairs, Americans will NOT pay the debt of the Federal Reserve & US Government, America will pull out of all Nations that it exists in, America will nationalize its industries and regain its status as the most powerful nation in the world. The time is here my friends, I hope you are ready to fight for the future of the United States of America.

The 2nd amendment isn't up for debate, its in the constitution. It's our god given right to defend ourselves.

The Constitution specifically says there are no limits to the amount of guns & ammo that an American can possess.

This is because it's what is needed to keep government in check.

Once the authority with guns say people can only use knives, but they can use guns themselves, means they're overpowered and can oppress it's population more easily than if they were on a level playing field.

Great. They're going to ban handguns but they can't pass a budget?

Notice the wording allows grandfathering, except that you will have to register all grandfathered weapons.

It's time to stand up and say NO.

When the confiscation begins, it will be "shock and awe" and high profile in the early stages in an effort to strike terror into the remaining holdouts. Many will fold immediately, but will likely be picked up anyway for initial non-compliance.

A new market for the criminal element has emerged. Unarmed citizens in small communities and isolated rural areas where there is time to operate. Drug gangs, flash mobs sometimes as many as 50 or 75 storng, still armed, but now free of the fear of resistance descend upon these new markets, not to push their products, but to relieve these people of theirs. Fearful of being identified to the authorities as being armed, and now the only ones, citizens who are unable to escape the initial encounters are simply murdered. Sometimes, whole families.

I assume it will be any semiauto with detachable magazines
but what about speeloaders for revolvers?

Let us all be ready for the shot heard across America as the Government will start a WAR with WE THE PEOPLE by declaring the 2nd Amendment a privilage , when we all know it is a right that can not be revoked .

The anti American Government stooges in office do not even begin to realise the ramifications of what will happen if this is passed and made law.
