Jewish Persecution and Repatriation Money

Does anyone find it a bit one-sided that only the Jews were considered innocent in WW2 and not the people bombed in cities and displaced? Not the soldiers who had to fight and die to stop a big government regime? Why only Jews get £1000 a month for the rest of their lives? And their children get money too, and their children and on and on. I don't understand why that's accepted.
