Judge Carroll denied the lawsuit. There was supposed to be a hearing on December 23rd where the plaintiff would get to present their case. Then the judge changed his mind and issued a ruling of case dismissed TWO DAYS BEFORE the plaintiffs were allowed their day in court!

Judge Carroll sited not case law but the movie Miracle on 34th Street as the basis of his ruling!

He heaven referred to the movie and the judge in the movie by name, when he said to the effect, "The government says he is the president, so he is the president."

It is at this point a complete and utter farce. We are being run by deadly clowns. The USA is officially dead, it died when Obama and his fellow criminals stole the election.

There's no way in Hades Roberts will do anything to overturn or call this election into question. If he was a Patriot he would have never have forced Americans to buy health insurance from Insurance Corporations. But he did.

But we're stuck with Roberts nevertheless, let's just pray he acts better on this case.

Because it's even more clearcut than the case against Obamacare. Obama is ineligible on many grounds. People have tried this way and that to make that fact "stick", and we deserve to have a way that succeeds.

Not only that, the election was fraudulent. He actually lost based on evidence that would stand up in court.
