I still think January could be a busy month. The Florida Judge has to decide on the issue as well. I watched the whole of the case earlier in the year.

The only reason he didn't rule on it then was because the Democrats didn't officially name him as the candidate until the Conference.

He will have to make a decision before the Inauguration so that's only a few weeks. He sounds like a Judge who likes to mull it over for a while.

He has more guts than Justice Roberts in my opinion. He came out with some good questions.

It was to do with Florida election law.

Seems weird when he is already President that he had to wait for the Conference but that was Florida law.

You could end up with no Government and no President in January.
