Stop drinking dark pops.......

I used to drink a 2 L per day of Coca Cola or Dr. Pepper. My health was terrible. I now drink water, lemonade, Sprite, or Seven Up and I feel so much better.

every mechanic at the local Pepsi bottler died of rare cancers. My dad drank Pepsi every day for years. He died of stomach and lived cancer.
I quit drinking cola and soda pop last year. I've also heard from several sources caramel color causes cancer. Just bad news. My dad never listened either...

I've switched to loose leaf green tea infused with jasmine. the jasmine gives it a subtle sweet flavor and a pleasant aroma. I'm going to try some other tea in the future, I'm just getting started.
